KORONADAL CITY- MAHIGIT sa 2,000 na mga job vacancies ang maaaring aplayan ng mga job seekers sa isasagawang Labor Day Job Fair ng Department of Labor and Employment o DOLE Region 12 sa City Gymnasium sa Kidapawan City Hall Compound sa Cotabato province sa May 1, 2023.
Ito ay batay sa inisyal na datos ng DOLE 12 mula sa 20 mga local employers at 7 mga overseas recruitment agencies na lalahok sa naturang aktibidad.
Kabilang sa top 5 positions at vacancies ng mga local employers ang supervisor, technical support, bulldozer operator, sales agent, at sales consultant.
Sa overseas employment naman, kabilang sa top 5 vacancies ang meat process workers at butchers sa New Zealand, laborer sa Saudi Arabia at technician at waiter sa Qatar.
Samantala, upang mas tumaas ang tyansa na ma-hire at magkaroon ng trabaho, hinihikayat ni DOLE 12 Assistant Regional Director Arlene Bisnon ang mga jobseekers na magdala ng kopya ng mga credentials katulad ng application letter, detailed resume, transcript of records, certificates of skills training, diploma at iba pang supporting documents, at passport sa mga balak maghanap ng trabaho abroad.
Pinayuhan din ni Bisnon ang mga aplikante na magsuot ng business attire at ihanda ang sarili.
