Binigyang pagkilala si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ng international office for migration dahil sa mga hakbang ng pamahalaan sa usapin ng migration at human mobility.
Ang climate and human mobility recognition ay inaunsyo ni Environment Secretary Antonia Yulo-Loyzaga.
Kasama ni Maros na nabigyan ng nasabing pagkilala ang presidente ng Sudan.
“Ito po ay isang pavilion together with the international office for migration recognizes achievements in terms of migration and how we are handling human mobility as a whole,” ayon kay Loyzaga.
Dumali si Loyzaga sa global climate mobility pavilion sa Conference of Parties sa Dubai kung saan tinalakay ang mga usapin kaugnay sa human mobility at migration.
“For us at this point, we are very conscious about migration and how some countries are needing in fact to manage to retreat away from the sea but also to retreat to other countries wherein they might have to find new places to live,” dagdag pa ni Loyzaga.
Ang nasabing mga usapin ani Loyzaga ang tututukan ng gobyerno ng Pilipinas.
